Gurning

Huffing and humming 
Won’t change the fact
That gurning can be
A very stern act
The ache in the face
And severe concentration 
Are just not conducive 
To warm exaltation 
So gurning
Can be stern-ing
When it comes to pass
And those flies
Who say that’s lies
Had better watch their ass
